From September 6th through September 13, 2008 we’ll take you out to our
farms, ranches and forest. Plus, one night we’ll show you a great time
in a living historic Gold Rush town—Sonora, California!
OUR FESTIVAL IS GREEN! We know how to reduce, reuse and recycle. And
this year we’ll go solar! With help from Sol Sierra of Avery, CA. our
Mt. Brow Winery event will be off the grid.
With 6 events at 6 different locations, we’ll show you the best
of Tuolumne County in the arts, in agriculture, in historic & nature travel.
We are one of California’s fastest growing arts communities! Our farmers & ranchers
are dedicated to growing good food. Our wineries and micro-breweries will
quench your thirst with good wines & good brews.
The Second Foothill Farmlands ARTS Festival* offers you a relaxed, friendly & affordable
time—a traveler’s delight or the perfect place for locals to have
a STAY-CATION!
Visit our natural beauty in the heart of California’s Sierra
Nevada Mountains....
Golden rolling hills, dark forests, raging rivers and deep roots in agriculture.
Ranching, vineyards, fruit orchards, field of flowers. Our mountains are tall
and rugged! Sonora Pass and Yosemite’s Tioga Pass are the highest roadways
in the Sierra. The headwaters of the Stanislaus and Tuolumne Rivers are here
in our mountains.

Enter The Foothill Farmlands Arts Festival’s Juried Art Exhibit.
We want to feature your Foothill Farmlands Inspired Art. With outstanding
art show judges, Daniel Kasser and Chella, we will show accepted works throughout
the month of September in historic downtown Sonora. Plus, we’ll have a
night to celebrate everyone with a special Art & Music Stroll and Art Show
Receptions.
